Are the lights being controlled by the astronomical clock? If not, should they be? This feature will turn the lights on when the sun goes down and off when it comes up, so you don't have to worry!
Review the scheduled off time for that zone, the lights may be turning off due to a schedule change.
Review the delay offsets on the Astro Time Clock are to high causing a delay when the lights turn off
Verify that the lights have not been manually override in the lighting panel
