Troubleshooting: Lights Won't Turn On

First log into your account on https://retail.eviewiot.com/ or your eViewIoT app and verify if the zone that is not coming on is scheduled to be on via the schedule tab.

• If lights are not scheduled to be on you can "override" the schedule and turn the lights on by clicking the bulb on the lighting tab so it turns yellow. 

Second if the zone is scheduled to be on verify that all wall switches and breakers are in the "ON" position for the lighting zone that is not on. 

Third if the lights do not show as on (yellow bulb vs. grey bulb) click on the zone to toggle the lights on.

If you have done all of the above and the lights are still not coming on follow these steps to manually override the lights. 

Locate the Lighting Control Panel - it is typically near the breaker panels, if it is not visible it may be above the ceiling grid. I should look like the photo below with either a Small Box energy or eview sticker on it. 

Once you have located the panel loosen the four screws and slide the cover up so you can remove it.

When the cover is off it should look like the below image. You need to locate the area that is circled in blue.

Once you have located this area you will need to flip open the black piece that is sticking out. There is a tab on it to help with opening it(see image below) Once this is open all of your lights will be on. They will stay on until the black piece is closed again.
